Frequently asked questions
Everything people usually ask before they join the VIP Network. Still unsure? Book a clarity session and let’s talk it through.
Who is the VIP Network for?
Anyone ready to take their health seriously — whether this is your first week of training or you have been at it for years. Every plan is built around where you are today, not where someone else is.
Do I need to be fit before I start?
No. That is exactly what the coaching is for. Sessions are scaled to your level and we build strength, energy and confidence from wherever you begin.
What is included in a VIP package?
Personalised fitness and nutrition plans, mindset coaching, and access to the private Fit Family community.
Each package sets its own level of one-on-one time — the full list is on every package card above.
How do I access my coaching?
Everything runs through the Gowolo app. Download it, create your account and your plans, check-ins and community live in one place.
Can I cancel or change my package?
Yes. You can move up or down a package, or cancel, at any time — just message us before your next renewal date.
